Sweetening the brand: LIVBRID’s strategic rebrand of Sucralosa

LIVBRID partnered with Medispharm, a premier pharmaceutical producer in Lebanon, to undertake a comprehensive rebranding of its Sucralosa brand, a tabletop sweetener named after its main ingredient, Sucralose. The collaboration aimed to refresh Sucralosa’s image, enhancing its visibility and appeal in a competitive market.

The challenge was to distill the essence and values of Sucralosa into a brand identity that resonates clearly with consumers, focusing on the health benefits and authenticity of the product. The rebranding needed to highlight Sucralosa’s unique attributes while aligning with consumer expectations for a healthy, everyday product.

LIVBRID and Medispharm’s teams developed a new brand strategy that positions Sucralosa not just as a sweetener but as a part of a healthy lifestyle. The creative concept for the new packaging and visual identity draws inspiration from the joy and communal experiences associated with Sucralosa’s sweet taste. The redesigned logo features the letters 'CR+' symbolizing Chromium, an element in Sucralose known for supporting metabolism and blood sugar regulation. This design choice reflects the product’s health benefits and scientific backing.

The new visual identity embodies the qualities of being contemporary, experienced, and authentic, successfully capturing the human aspect of Medispharm. Sucralosa’s reimagined branding now mirrors the positive impact it aims to have on consumers’ lives, positioning it as a trusted choice in the marketplace.
